Fried Breaded Tilapia Fillet with Buttered Garlic

Ingredients

¾ kg Fresh Tilapia Fillet

2 cups flour

2 pcs eggs

¾ cups Bread Crams

½ tsp Oyster Sauce

½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce

1/8 tsp Ground Pepper

1 pouch Magic Sarap

¼ tsp Iodized Salt

Cooking oil

Garlic

Butter

Directions

1. Marinade Tilapia Fillet with the following:

· ½ tsp Oyster Sauce

· ½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce

· 1/8 tsp Ground Pepper

· 1 pouch Magic Sarap

· ¼ tsp Iodized Salt

· Garlic (2 gloves)

2. Bread with flour and dip in egg and then in bread crams make sure that equally bread the whole fillet.

3. Deep fry and wait till reach golden Brown. (siguraduhin wag masunog , madali lang maluto ang Tilapia Fillet)

4. After all fillet are all cooked. Maggisa ng Bawang using Butter and wait till reach golden brown at itoppings sa Breaded Tilapia Fillet.
