Kalderetang PORK SPARE RIBS

Kalderetang PORK SPARE RIBS

1/2 tablespoon peppercorns, crushed

1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

1 small can liver spread

¼ cup Peanut Butter

Top of Form

Bottom of Form

2 medium size potatoes, cut into wedges

1 Large Size Carrots, Cut into wedges

2 medium size red/green bell pepper, cut into wedges

2 pounds pork with bones and skin, cut into serving pieces (Spare Ribs)

2 medium size onions, chopped

1/2 head garlic, chopped

1/2 cup cornstarch

1 cup tomato sauce

1/2 tsp hot sauce

2-3 pieces, siling labuyo

3 pieces bay leaf

¼ tsp Oyster Sauce

¼ tsp Worcestershire Sauce

1 tsp Soy Sauce

1 pouch Magic Sarap

cooking oil / butter or margarine

salt for taste

1 cup water

Cooking Directions:

1. Sauté in butter (igisa) the garlic and onion until brown then add the pork and sauté for another 2-3 minutes. Then add the following:

· 2-3 pieces, siling labuyo

· 3 pieces bay leaf

· ¼ tsp Oyster Sauce

· ¼ tsp Worcestershire Sauce

· 1 tsp Soy Sauce

· ¼ cup Peanut Butter

· 1 cup water

· 1 pouch Magic Sarap

2. Simmer this way for 30-45 minutes. Then add potatoes and carrots and simmer for 3-5 minutes. At this point the meat should be tender and the potatoes cooked through. If you need more water or time to do this, go right ahead.

3. When the pork and potatoes are cooked through add the liver spread, cheese, tomato sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add bell pepper and salt to taste. Cook this way for 2-3 minutes. Finally add cornstarch (diluted in water) and stir in until sauce thickens. Serve hot with rice and enjoy.

Ingredients

½ Fresh Shrimp

½ Cup Butter or Margarine

¼ tsp Oyster Sauce

¼ tsp Worcestershire Sauce

2 gloves Garlic

1/8 tsp Ground Pepper

½ tsp Sugar

1 tsp Soy Sauce

½ pouch Magic Sarap

Onion Leaves

½ cup Sprite or 7 UP

Directions

1. Mixed the following in frying pan:

· ½ Fresh Shrimp

· 2 gloves Garlic

· 1/8 tsp Ground Pepper

· ½ cup Sprite or 7 UP

2. Iluto hanngang malapit ng matuyo at ilagay ang sumusunod:

· ½ Cup Butter or Margarine

· ¼ tsp Oyster Sauce

· ¼ tsp Worcestershire Sauce

· ½ tsp Sugar

· 1 tsp Soy Sauce

· ½ pouch Magic Sarap

3. Huwag hayaang masunog kapat malapit ng maubos ang sauce ay hanguin ilagay sa plates at lagyan ng onion Leaves as toppings…

Ingredients

¾ kg Fresh Tilapia Fillet

2 cups flour

2 pcs eggs

¾ cups Bread Crams

½ tsp Oyster Sauce

½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce

1/8 tsp Ground Pepper

1 pouch Magic Sarap

¼ tsp Iodized Salt

Cooking oil

Garlic

Butter

Directions

1. Marinade Tilapia Fillet with the following:

· ½ tsp Oyster Sauce

· ½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce

· 1/8 tsp Ground Pepper

· 1 pouch Magic Sarap

· ¼ tsp Iodized Salt

· Garlic (2 gloves)

2. Bread with flour and dip in egg and then in bread crams make sure that equally bread the whole fillet.

3. Deep fry and wait till reach golden Brown. (siguraduhin wag masunog , madali lang maluto ang Tilapia Fillet)

4. After all fillet are all cooked. Maggisa ng Bawang using Butter and wait till reach golden brown at itoppings sa Breaded Tilapia Fillet.

Ingredients:

1 kg Chicken wings
2 tsp Worcestershire Souce
1 tsp Oyster Souce
½ tsp Chili Powder
2 pcs Siling Labuyo
5 pcs Kalamansi
1 pouch Magic Sarap
2 tbs Corn Starch
¼ tsp Pamintang Durog
4 gloves Garlic
1 pcs Minched Onion
Onion Leaves / Garlic Leaves
1 cup Flour
2 cups Cooking Oil
2 tbs Ketsup
2 tbs Patis
2 tbs soy souce
2 tsp brown sugar

Directions:
1. Marinade Chicken wings for 30 minutes with patis, paminta, bawang, half pouch magic sarap,4 pcs kalamansi, ½ tsp oyster souce, 1 tsp Worcestershire Souce.
2. Breading Marinated Chicken with flour and Deep Fried until Golden brown.
3. Igisa ang sibuyas at bawang. Ilagay ang Toyo, Ketsup, Oyster Souce, Worcestershire Souce, Sugar, Chili , Magic Sarap,Kalamansi, brown sugar and Chili Powder sa mahinang apoy.
4. Tunawin sa ¼ cup na tubig ang Corn Starch at ihalo sa ginisa. Haluing mabuti at ilahok na ang Chicken hanggang ma-evenly distributed ang souce at patayin na ang apoy.
5. Iplating at ibudbod ang Onion Leave/ Garlic Leaves..
